OLA LAB began with a simple belief: photography should feel like you.
I am Carola, a photographer, a mother, and a storyteller. Becoming a mother opened my eyes to the fragile beauty of everyday moments, and I wanted to create a space where real stories are captured with heart and care.
The name OLA LAB carries many layers. “Ola” comes from my own name, but also means “hello” in many languages and echoes the natural rhythm of a wave. It is about connection, warmth, and the energy that ripples out from every story we tell. Lab stands for creativity, curiosity, and the space where ideas and emotions meet.
I have always been fascinated by the patterns that link us — between people, nature, and time. Through my lens, I look for meaning in small gestures, quiet emotions, and the in-between moments that feel alive.
Whether I am capturing the soft glow of motherhood, the first breaths of a newborn, or the quiet confidence of a creative portrait, my goal is to create images that hold a piece of your story.
Sessions are available in English, French, or German so you can feel comfortable, understood, and fully yourself.
