Frequently asked questions
Where does the session take place?
Headshot sessions take place in a studio located within the premises of Luca – Zeeburgerkade. The space is calm and minimal, ideal for clean and professional portraits. If you prefer a more relaxed look, we can also use the salon area or take a few photos outside along the nearby docks.
What should I wear for the session?
Simple, well fitted clothing in neutral or solid colours works best. Avoid busy patterns or large logos. After booking, you will receive a short preparation guide to help you choose outfits that feel natural and professional.
I feel awkward in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people feel this way. I guide you throughout the session with simple directions so you feel comfortable and look natural. The goal is to create portraits that feel like you, not overly posed.
What kind of headshots can we create?
We can create clean and classic headshots, more relaxed portraits, or something slightly more creative depending on your needs. The session is adapted to your profession and how you would like to present yourself.
Can I bring more than one outfit?
Yes. You can bring one or two outfit options depending on your session. This allows for some variation in your final images.
How long does the session last?
Headshot sessions are designed to be efficient while still relaxed. Depending on your package, sessions typically last between 30 and 120 minutes.
When will I receive my photos?
Within a few days after the session you will receive a private online gallery with a curated selection of photographs. You can choose your favourite images for editing and add additional photos to your package if you wish.
Your final gallery will include only the images you have selected and purchased, carefully edited and ready for download.
Can I use the photos for LinkedIn and professional purposes?
Yes. Your images are suitable for LinkedIn, CVs, websites, and other professional use. If you need specific formats or crops, just let me know.
Can I extend the session with something more relaxed?
If you would like, you can extend your time with a wellness or sauna experience at Luca – Zeeburgerkade after your session. OLA LAB is happy to offer you a 10% discount for your booking.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to change your appointment, you are welcome to contact me directly via WhatsApp or email and we will find another suitable time. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled according to my Terms and Conditions, which you can read here. Please try to contact me at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
