These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography services provided by OLA LAB, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may request a session via the online booking tool, email, or WhatsApp.
All bookings are treated as enquiries until the date and time are confirmed by OLA LAB in writing. Once confirmed, the client receives a booking confirmation and the session date and time are reserved.
For maternity and newborn sessions taking place at the client’s home, payment is split as follows:
– 50% of the session fee is payable before or immediately after the session
– the remaining 50% is payable after delivery of the final image gallery
Any additional products or add ons are invoiced separately.
If an optional studio is booked for a maternity or newborn session, a studio deposit of 50 euro applies. Studio bookings follow the cancellation terms outlined below.
Creative portrait sessions and business headshots are subject to studio availability. OLA LAB will confirm availability before locking in the booking.
A deposit of 50€ is required to secure the session. The deposit must be paid no later than 48 hours before the session.
If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the booking is automatically cancelled at no cost to the client.
Once the deposit is paid, the session date and time are locked in.
The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of the image gallery.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or required by law.
All prices are confirmed in writing before the session.
Payments must be made within the timelines specified at booking. Image delivery may be delayed if payment is outstanding. (
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing, either by email or WhatsApp.

If OLA LAB must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a new date or a full refund of all payments made.
The client acknowledges that photography is a creative service and that OLA LAB works in a consistent style reflected in its portfolio.
Final image selection and image processing are carried out personally by the photographer and form an integral part of the creative service. Editing and retouching are not shared with or outsourced to third parties.
Requests outside the agreed artistic style may be declined or quoted separately.
Unedited or raw images are not delivered.
Images are delivered via a secure online gallery hosted by Pixieset. Pixieset acts solely as a gallery hosting and delivery platform and does not perform any image editing or retouching.
Images are delivered within the timeframe agreed at booking.
All files are stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
OLA LAB retains full copyright to all images created.
The client receives a license to use the images as defined in the applicable Additional Terms for the photography service booked.
Images may not be sold, transferred, or licensed to third parties without written permission.
OLA LAB may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, in accordance with the applicable Additional Terms.
Any restrictions on image use must be communicated in writing before the session.
Where specific images are requested for promotional or publication use, OLA LAB will request explicit consent and provide a separate “Photo Usage and Print Release” for approval before using the selected images.
The client is responsible for timely arrival, preparation, and cooperation during the session.
The client is responsible for securing access, permissions, and suitable conditions at the session location.
OLA LAB will take reasonable care during the photography session.
OLA LAB is not responsible for pre existing damage to property or for damage that cannot reasonably be proven to have been caused by the photographer or their equipment.
The client remains responsible for the condition of the location and for securing fragile or valuable items.
OLA LAB is not liable for claims relating to normal wear, pre existing marks, or damage not directly caused by negligent behaviour.
Any liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.
Client data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Headshots and Commercial Portrait Photography
The client receives a non transferable license to use the images for professional and commercial purposes related to their personal brand or business, as agreed at booking.
Images may not be resold, licensed to third parties, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.
OLA LAB may use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the session.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all internal or third party permissions required for commercial use are in place.
Family, Maternity and Newborn Photography
Images are licensed for personal use only.
Portfolio or promotional use of images requires explicit consent from the client.
Session timing may be flexible to accommodate the needs of babies and children.
